Our Philosophy

k9Crazy is committed to stress-free training. Fun, innovative, motivational methods, positively reinforced are the core of our philosophy. Our approach to training is holistic, looking at the whole dog, natural behavior, drives, anatomical structure, and dog/owner relationship. We believe in allowing learning to take place rather than forcing compliance.

Our Facility is Bright and Cheery!

We have a 35' x 50' working space on matted plywood floors and 8' ceilings.  A realtor style combination door lock for 24/7 accessibility. A bathroom and ample parking.  We are on the second floor above a Napa Auto Parts store. At this time we are not handicapped accessible however we can provide assistance as needed. Access to the skool in up one flight of outdoor stairs. These stairs have proved to not be a problem beyond some hesitation the first visit.

Matting

I painstakingly searched for matting that would be as kind as possible to our dogs. I decided on a 3/8" anti-fatigue sponge vinyl matting.  There is plenty of cushion for training. These mats are NOT hard or abrasive like horse stall matting.  The combination of the wood floors and matting give us a great training surface.

Parking

Parking is to the right as you come down the driveway to the building. You may park near the used cars. We have had a small amount of problems with parking recently. You will see that we are double parking as long as you are not blocking any driveway. They will ask us to move if there is a problem. If you are having trouble finding a spot we will help you. Please do not park in front of Deitz Auto Sale Showroom if they are OPEN, though Unloading can be done from that area.
