Play & Train Day Skool Enrollment Requirements

Here are a few simple requirements that will ensure optimal fun and safety for all dogs at k9Crazy Play Skool.
Prior to the first visit, the Day Skool Profile form should be completed by a parent or guardian. This information will be thoroughly reviewed during a brief but very important personal interview to ensure that dog daycare is a "good fit". What are we looking for? 

Not much... essentially, just to see that your dog is:

  • people-friendly
  • dog-friendly
  • non-possessive of toys
  • non-territorial of space

All dogs should be:
  • in generally good health
  • at least 12 weeks of age
  • spayed or neutered (at 6 months or older)
  • up-to-date on all vaccinations including:
    • Rabies
    • DHLPP
    • Bordatella
    • Parvo
  • on a scheduled flea & tick prevention program

A completed Vaccination/Health Certification must be received from your veterinarian prior to your dog's first visit to k9Crazy Play Skool

Finally, the Standard Agreement should be thoroughly reviewed and signed by parent or guardian.
